What programs and platforms does your team use?

Our team designs in the Adobe Creative Suite. Our websites are designed on Squarespace.com. We are also able to work on other website platforms by request. Please email us to inquire further.


What type of Client Participation is required?

Just as you would expect from us, we expect emails and communications to be responded to in a timely fashion. All client assigned homework should be completed on time to avoid delays in the project start date. In the event that the client homework is not completed, you could lose your time slot and be moved to a later date. If we do not hear back from a client for 3 weeks or more, we consider the project to be abandoned by the client. 


how does the payment process work?

A 50% deposit is required at the beginning of the project to reserve your place in our schedule and ensure client commitment. Deposits are none refundable. The remaining balance will be due at the time of project completion. Invoices must be paid in full before final files are turned over to the client. All invoices are due upon receipt.


Do you provide domains/hosting services?

We do not provide hosting services. Hosting is provided affordably through Squarespace.com. We will work with you to choose the package that best suites your needs. Domains can be purchased within Squarespace or we can transfer/connect a third party domain if you already own.


what if i need more revisions on my logo, website or branding materials?

Although the odds are slim that this will occur, if you requires additional revisions, they will be billed out at our studio hourly rate of $90 per hour.
