Weekend Grazing Board

 

The weather is getting warmer and the time for entertaining is now! I love grazing boards because they are so easy to assemble and impossible to mess up, AKA my kind of cooking. It's a great opportunity to use of little bits of things in the fridge. To cut coasts, I'll buy nuts and seeds in small quantities in the bulk section. This is a great way to add soem texture to your board. I'll usually buy small quantities of crowd-pleasing cheeses, brie or boursin is always a hit. Often in the deli section of your grocery store, you can find packages of quality antipasto meats. This helps avoid buying a bunch of different products. Going to try making your own grazing board?
