Overnight Chia Pudding Power Bowl


I absolutely love breakfast foods but I often find myself in a total rush in the morning. This recipe is packed with nutrients and can easily be prepared the night before. You can even make a whole pot of oatmeal in a rice cooker to avoid making the oatmeal in the morning. This recipe can be customized to suite your tastes. Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 Cup Gluten Free Instant Oatmeal
  • 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds (For Garnish)
  • 2-3 Sliced Fresh Strawberries
  • A Handful Of Fresh Blueberries
  • A Handful Of Pecans


Step 1:

The night before, combine 1 cup of almond milk and the 3 table spoons of chia seeds in a jar with a lid. Shake well. Place in the fridge over night.

Step 2:

The next morning, prepare your instant oatmeal with hot water in a bowl. Still well. Add a half a cup of your chia pudding to the bowl.

Step 3:

Slice your strawberries. Add you berries and nuts to the bowl. Garnish with raw chia seeds.
